We're just getting started.
Sourced Rentals™ is a new marketplace, so we don't publish host earnings averages or testimonials yet — we won't quote a number we can't back up. Real, verified earnings figures will appear here automatically once enough bookings have been paid out. Use the calculator above to model your own rates in the meantime.
Common questions.
How does the 0% fee for 30 days work?+
New hosts pay no platform fee on any rental completed within 30 days of publishing their first listing. After that, our standard 10% fee applies (8% for high-volume hosts).
What can I list?+
Trucks, trailers, boats, jet skis, UTVs, dirt bikes, tractors, mowers, golf equipment, event canopies, tools — anything that others might rent for work or play. If you're unsure, publish it.
Am I covered if something breaks?+
Sourced Rentals is a marketplace, not an insurer — it doesn't provide or underwrite any coverage. You can require renters to submit proof of their own insurance before they book, and renters can upload an existing auto, boat, or umbrella policy. Damage responsibility is governed by the Rental Agreement between you and the renter.
When do I get paid?+
Renters pay a 20% deposit at booking and the remaining 80% clears at pickup. Payouts hit your bank account within 2 business days after the trip ends.
Do I have to accept every request?+
No. Set your listing to Request-only and approve each renter yourself, or flip to Instant Book to fill your calendar faster.
